7-Day Replacement Policy

At Impressly, we want you to love what you wear! If you receive an item with a defect or in the wrong size, we’re here to help. Please read our replacement policy below:

Important Note

No Returns:

We do not accept any returns. Replacements are allowed only under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Defective Products: If the item has a manufacturing defect or damage, you can request a replacement.
  • Wrong Size: If the size doesn’t fit, we’ll be happy to replace it with the correct size, subject to availability. An additional fee of ₹150 will be charged for size replacements.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The replacement request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • For Damaged Products: Customers must send:
    • A video of the unboxing of the product, clearly showing the damage.
    • Pictures of the product showing the defect.
    These materials must be emailed to support@impressly.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Items on clearance or marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for replacement unless they are defective.

Replacement Process

Initiate a Request:
  • Email us at support@impressly.in with your order number, details of the issue, and the required photos/videos (if applicable).
  • Alternatively, use the Returns & Replacements section on our website.
Review & Approval:

Once we review your request and verify the issue, we’ll confirm if the replacement is approved.

Receiving the Replacement:

Once we receive the returned item and process the additional ₹100 fee (if applicable), we’ll send the replacement within 5-7 business days, subject to availability.

Important Notes

  • Replacement Fee: For size replacements, an additional fee of ₹100 will be charged before processing the replacement.
  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. For the replacement item, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
  • Availability: If the requested size or item is unavailable, we’ll offer you an alternative product or a store credit.
